We’ve been deeply embedded in NovaTech Automation since late 2009, when the electrical grid and energy generation were still mostly invisible concepts for most people. Already the leading substation automation in the United States, NovaTech Automation has emerged as a beacon of wisdom, clarity and reliability as the need to modernize our aging electrical grid has become increasingly more purposeful.
Over the past 15+ years, we’ve played key roles in numerous company milestones, such as new product rollouts, acquisitions, divestments and key leadership transitions.
The scope of our work has taken numerous forms, such as developing advanced product configuration software, continually evolving the company website, driving targeted marketing campaigns and orchestrating themed customer events at leading industry trade shows.
We’ve creative-directed numerous ad campaigns, and spearheaded major product brochure revisions.
We led the migration from Salesforce to Hubspot (and then migrated part of that data back to Salesforce during a divestment), and have been involved in optimizing internal workflows for customer support procedures.
Overall, we have been honored to play an ongoing role in NovaTech’s evolution, and are continually inspired by the immense brain trust that makes up its exceptionally talented, loyal and spirited personnel.
